The Turkish House in Muscat is one of the city’s most well-known, bustling, highly-rated restaurants, focused on quality and an immersive experience for all guests.
The redesign, created by RVI, is inspired by the traditional Ottoman and contemporary Turkish culture. The authentic essence of the space lies at the intersection of key design elements such as exposed brick walls, warm hues, textured patterns and metallic pendant lamps. The restaurant’s interiors feature natural-toned carved wooden panels and archways that are framed by tiled columns rising out of the smooth marble flooring. Within the restaurant, lavishly decorated wall and ceiling panels create additional shadowed patterns and multidimensional textures, evoking the depth and complexity of Turkish history and heritage.
