Casa 9R was entrusted to RVI as a family project.  A natural set of steps was designed around the unique topography of the area, highlighting its elevated design. The three-level villa has a garage with space for 6 cars, as well as a gym, large terraces, living room, dining room and kitchen, designed in an open-concept style.  A central tree in the middle of this space is the centre of attention and a key part of the home.  Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and dressing room, a TV room, an outdoor kitchen with a pool and a large garden make this family villa a comfortable and luxurious place to call home.
