Oman & Emirates Investment Company commissioned RVI to design and build a 1600 sqm space for the firm’s new corporate office. The design process was highly detailed, covering all the principles of HVAC, MEP and civil work. The double-height spacing in the reception creates a high-intensity feature that truly suits the brand. White marble has been used for the flooring and stretches from the reception all the way to the board room. Porcelain tiles are used for the remaining office space. The design for the offices of the Chairman, CEO, and other officers was one of corporate elegance, incorporating a classic colour palette.
